Lloyd Bingham (d. 1968) was the chief constable of the Edmonton Police Department from 1966 to 1968. Bingham joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in 1934 and worked in North Battleford until 1943. For the next 20 years he lived and worked across Canada. Bingham had 32 years of service with the RCMP before resigning as acting commissioner in 1966 to become chief of police. \
